The internal debeader is a manual kit for the simple and effective removal of internal beads formed during the butt fusion process. Rods can be quickly clipped together to debead pipe sizes 110 - 450mm and up to 13m in length.
- Bead retained in head after removal process for later inspection/archiving
- Debeads pipes in the size range 110 - 400mm (450mm with adaptor)
- Facilitates quality control procedures from visual bead inspection and bend back test
- Heads and ancillary components are housed in a steel box with carry handles
